Our training in the allied fields of Architecture and Development, enable us to understand and interpret   site conditions and the opportunities, constraints and issues that each individual context presents. To demonstrate this point, we have recently become  involved with an urban design project, where the former team locked in building envelopes, a few of which were unbuildable!!

Through our experience in negotiating with Council`s and Communities we have found that our free hand presentation techniques are incredibly valuable in terms of developing ownership and buy in.

Allied to this, our experience as advisers on urban development and housing to the Western Cape State Government, City of Tygerberg and the Khayelitsha Local Authority in South Africa has sharpened our communication and negotiation skills.
